Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. 

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. 

Shipping and Delivery

The Company will make every effort to ship products within the estimated delivery times. 

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the products are in their original condition. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products. 

Warranty

The Company offers a two-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team or your authorized dealer. 

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. The Company’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
